1. General Rental Terms

This agreement governs the rental conditions of boats (RIBs) offered by WE RENT S.R.L. (trade name: werentcasty), registered office at Via Arno 102, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Italy, and operational base at Nautica Benelli, 58043 Castiglione della Pescaia (GR). Payment is processed via credit or debit card through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). The total price including VAT is shown on the summary page before confirmation. When booking online, the customer pays a confirmation deposit based on the chosen format (€ 80.00 Full Day, € 60.00 Half Day, € 40.00 Sunset Aperitif format); the balance of the price is paid on delivery of the boat. By completing a booking, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

2. Requirements

• Minimum driver age: 18 years old
• Boating licence mandatory for engines over 40 HP
• Valid ID document must be presented at pick-up
• The driver must be registered as a participant in the booking

3. Renter Responsibility

The renter is responsible for the boat during the entire rental period. They agree to comply with navigation regulations, not exceed the maximum number of people on board (maximum indicated for the chosen boat, up to 7), and return the vessel in the same condition as received. The renter is liable for any damage caused by their negligence or that of passengers.

4. Fuel Policy

The tank is delivered full and must be returned full. If not refueled, the cost of missing fuel plus a €20 service fee will be charged.

5. Damages and liability

In case of damage to the boat or equipment caused by the customer's fault during the rental, the customer is liable for the related cost. The minimum amounts for the most common damages are set out in the flat-rate compensation table included in the rental contract (for example: propeller € 200, engine lower unit € 1,500, hull tear € 4,000). The amounts due are paid on return by card or debit card, or by bank transfer within 7 days of the Lessor's request. Werentcasty does not offer optional kasko / hull insurance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation at least 72 hours before the start of the rental: refund of the confirmation deposit paid
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before the start: the Lessor retains the deposit as compensation
• Failure to collect the boat at the booked date and time: penalty equal to the rental cost
• Bad weather preventing the start of the rental: refund of the deposit (or a newly agreed booking). Early interruption due to severe bad weather: refund of 50% of the price for the unused rental period
• Right of withdrawal: art. 59 lett. n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, excludes the right of withdrawal for leisure services supplied on a specific date. By completing the booking the Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts this exclusion.

7. Insurance

Mandatory third-party liability insurance is included in every rental. Werentcasty does NOT offer optional kasko / hull insurance. Any damage to the boat or equipment caused by the customer's fault is borne by the customer according to the flat-rate compensation table of the rental contract, paid on return or by bank transfer within 7 days.

8. Governing Law

This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Grosseto, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum (art. 66-bis Consumer Code).
